House Explodes in Pocatello; No One Hurt
POCATELLO, Idaho (AP) — Authorities are investigating after a house in Pocatello exploded with no one inside.
The Idaho State Journal reports that the blast Saturday night was strong enough to damage a van parked in a nearby alley. No injuries were reported. Fire officials said early Sunday they did not know what caused the explosion.
There were no natural gas lines connected to the house. Residents several blocks away confirmed hearing the blast. The fire left the wood-framed home gutted.
