The Boise solider accused of killing an Afghan civilian will get a new hearing today (Wednesday.)  The Army is holding the new hearing to allow Private First Class Andrew Holmes' attorney to present new evidence.  Holmes had an Article 32 hearing last fall. The new hearing is to take place at Joint Base Lewis-McChord near Tacoma, Washington. Holmes also has a court-martial scheduled for July. He faces murder and conspiracy charges and is accused of allegedly keeping a finger as a trophy.
