Living in a house with a dark past can stir up an unsettling mix of emotions, but can you imagine living in a home that housed a monster - one who took the lives of innocent children?

An Idaho Monster's Home Is Back On The Market

If you're unfamiliar, Chad Daybell made national headlines when he was accused of killing his first wife and two children, Tylee Ryan (16) and Joshua "JJ" Vallow (7) who belonged to his second wife, "Doomsday Mom" Lori Vallow.

He has since been convicted and sentenced to death.

We recently learned that Chad Daybell's Rexburg home was back on the market, selling for $350,000. The four-bed, one-and-a-half-bath house is 1,894 square feet and sits on a 3.75-acre lot according to Realtor.com.

Right away, the listing lets the potential buyer know that the home has a dark past:

Home with lots of potential on country 3.75 acre lot. Large Shop and other small farm buildings. Dry pasture area fenced. In Fremont County with Rexburg address and Sugar Salem schools. THERE IS A VERY TRAGIC SITUATION WITH THIS HOME, please HAVE YOUR REALTOR INVESTIGATE FOR YOU.

Most people who are aware of the case likely could put one and one together but it's pretty clear the seller knows the buyer will eventually find out who the home belonged to.

You have to give them credit for being forward about the situation but we're honestly wondering - who would move into this home? We're not saying there are people out there who wouldn't want to, but would it be for the history? Or, would it be because they genuinely see potential in the property?

Let's take a look inside - would you want to live here knowing what happened?
