Former Boise State Quarterback Became 6th Round Pick In NFL Draft

It's that time of year again... the NFL Draft! NFL fans all around the country all gathed around the television and waited to see who their favorite teams would be picking to join their team for the next season. Last year was especially special for Boise State fans considering we were watching our very own Ashton Jeanty get drafted.

Broncos in the NFL Draft

This year the Boise State Broncos had quite a successful draft! After competing all season and being invited to the NFL Combine it was time for Kage Casey's big weekend. Kage Casey, former Boise State offensive lineman, has officially been drafted to the NFL. He will now play for the Denver Broncos.

A couple of other Broncos were signed as undrafted free agents and some others were invited to the NFL mini camps. Overall, the Broncos showed up for this draft!

Another former Boise State player also ended up getting drafted.

Taylen Green Gets Drafted

Taylen Green is a former Boise State quarterback that just got drafted in this new NFL draft. Unfortunately, Taylen Green ended up transferring from Boise State but he did play for 3 years here before to Arkansas. Now Taylen Green is moving on to the next level. He was drafted by the Cleveland Browns in Round 6 of the past NFL Draft. He was the 182nd overall pick in the draft and will now be playing for the Browns
