Opinion: Twin Falls In-N-Out Burger Staff Are Rock Stars

I finally had the opportunity to hit up the In-N-Out Burger in Twin Falls on Wednesday. It had been over a decade since I last ate at one, and the experience was a clinic in true teamwork.

We're all aware of the tragedy that occurred at the restaurant on August 1 that claimed the lives of three people, including one In-N-Out employee. I was across the street at the mall when the incident unfolded at approximately 2:30 P.M. The In-N-Out was open just a week when the gunman went on a rampage.

I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge the staff for the beautiful job they're doing.

Magic Valley Locals Have Been Raving Online All Week About The Amazing Job The Twin Falls In-N-Out Staff Are Doing

My wife, son, and I decided to jump in the truck Wednesday and head over to In-N-Out for some dinner about 6 P.M. It was our first time eating there since they opened on July 24.

We walked the restaurant's parking lot and spent a few moments reflecting on what happened by visiting the curbside memorial last week following the victim's vigil at the Twin Falls City Park.

From traffic control to the pickup window, the experience was effortless for this staff. They smiled, joked, and appeared to genuinely enjoy helping those of us in the drive-thru line. It's a well-oiled machine over there.
