On Monday afternoon, we were allowed an exclusive look inside the brand new, and not even open yet, Raising Cane’s restaurant in Twin Falls. The vibe inside is upbeat with modern designs and music playing overhead, and nods to Twin Falls and its history decorate the walls.
The grand opening for the public is Tuesday, January 27th, with music, swag, prizes, and free food. Keep reading for the details and to see pictures of the interior of the restaurant.

Raising Cane’s is an experience that I have never had. When we entered, we were welcomed with a greeting from the large group of workers behind the counter. Since I had never had Raising Cane’s, The Box Combo was recommended as my first order. It did not disappoint. I did swap the slaw for extra fries, so I guess I missed out on part of the experience. But, I also don’t eat coleslaw, so it wouldn’t have been a good experience for me. Others around me seemed to enjoy it.
As I sat waiting for my food, I noticed Idaho and Twin Falls memorabilia on nearly every wall. Pendants from Idaho colleges and Twin Falls schools, an Evel Knievel action figure on a shelf next to the Idaho state seal, and framed pictures of some of the famous people who have called Twin Falls home. When my food was ready, ‘One Love, Bird’ was yelled out by the worker to let me know to go grab it.
