President Obama’s “Latte Salute.” Should the President Return Military Salutes?
President Ronald Reagan apparently started the tradition of returning salutes to military personnel who first salute the Commander in Chief. My military protocol, you don't salute military personnel if you are not in uniform. But, if you ARE going to salute, maybe you should do it right or don't do it at all.
