SALT LAKE CITY (AP) — The Utah Supreme Court is weighing the state's push to claim the right to use some 12,000 rural roads that run over federal land.

We've been waking up to snowy conditions in Twin Falls a lot in the last 8 weeks. By this time I should be used to driving in the snow. Every snow storm should make me more comfortable driving in white out conditions but it doesn't!

(AP) -Debate will continue today over whether the Idaho Department of Fish and Game should be able  to dictate where ATV-mounted hunters can pursue big game. The House Resources Committee is considering a bill that would strip the agency's authority to limit hunting from vehicles to established roads in designated areas.
