TF City Council Looks For Golf Pro

Twin Falls city officials say there has been some serious interest in another group wanting to take over management of the Twin Falls City Swimming Pool.  Currently, the city pool, located on North Locust just north of the Twin Falls High School, is being operated and managed by the YMCA and has been for several years.  At the City Council meeting tonight, the Council may decide if it wants to go through a search for new management or keep the YMCA.  The Council will also consider a new operator for the Twin Falls Golf Course.  Former operator, Mike Hamblin, left in February to take a similar position at Blue Lakes Country Club leaving the city owned course without a permanent operator.  The Golf Selection Committee has recommended new management for the court.
