Twin Falls School Seeking Help for Fire Victims
TWIN FALLS, Idaho (KLIX) Rock Creek Elementary School is pitching in to help two families left homeless by a fire last week. In a Facebook post, the Twin Falls elementary says it is helping the two families impacted by a house fire and is asking other families with children at the school to help as well. They say one family has six, including a newborn, and the other is a family of four. KMVT News spoke to one of the families that lived in the duplex that caught fire, you can see that story here. A GoFundMe account has been set up to help the family of Brandy Brandford who had gone into labor the evening of the blaze. Rock Creek Elementary is coordinating the collection of donations and encourage people to drop off items at the school whether it be gift cards or actual goods. According to the GoFundMe page for the Bradford family, they lost everything within the home including a vehicle.
