Twin Falls Tourism: The Good, The Bad & The Ugly

The spring thaw is giving Twin Falls some serious opportunities to attract tourists.

You’ve seen many of your friend’s photographs and videos of water pouring over waterfalls.  Now, the website Only in Your State is highlighting the region for the natural wonders.  It bothers me to drive to some of our attractions and see Ma & Pa Kettle have such unkempt properties.  It isn’t just some of the eyesores you drive by going directly to some area canyons and falls.  Visitors who may believe it would be nice to relocate here still often see some neighborhoods more suited to the Third World.

While I support property rights, can’t we also encourage people to keep up appearances?  It benefits the entire tourist trade.
