Twin Falls Truck Driver Involved in Crash Near New Meadows

NEW MEADOWS, Idaho (KLIX) A Twin Falls man was uninjured after a pick-up truck side swiped his semi truck Sunday afternoon. According to Idaho State Police, Joel Merrill, age 44, was headed south on Highway 95 at 5:16 p.m. in a Freightliner pulling a trailer when Karl Henry, age 21, of New Meadows, crossed the center line in a 1990 Ford F150 and hit the side of the truck. Everyone involved was wearing a seatbelts. The crash blocked part of the highway for about two hours, according to ISP.
