Two Magic Valley men face a possible life prison term in two unrelated incidents of sex with a minor.  28 year old Kyle Day of Burley is facing a charge of felony sexual battery of a minor and rape.  Police claim Day had sexual contact with a 16 year old female in a Burley motel in December.  Day also has a past conviction of felony lewd conduct with a child from 2006.  He was also convicted for not registering as a sex offender in 2008.  35 year old Cory Wickel of Albion faces a charge of lewd conduct with a child under 16.  He’s accused of sexual conduct with a female relative between 6 and 12 years of age on several occasions.  Wickel will be in court Friday in Cassia County for a preliminary hearing.  Both men face a $50,000 fine and life in prison if convicted.
