Nicer weather makes getting out a little easier and more encouraging. For those wanting to get out of the house, here are some events and ideas for this weekend.
McCash for Kids 2018 will take place on July 23rd at McDonald's locations in the Magic Valley including Twin Falls, Jerome, Buhl, Burley, and Gooding between 5 and 8pm.
The speedway is hosting a Cinco de Mayo ( May 5) showcase of super stock cars, streets, hornets, stingers, dogs and super sixes, according to the speedway's event page.
If you've ever been pulled over by an officer from the local Sheriff's Departments, you will want to be at Magic Valley Speedway Saturday night. The Twin Falls Sheriff's Department will be taking on the Jerome Sheriff's Department in a race.

The Magic Valley Speedway announced on their text club (join now by texting "mvspeedway" to 84483) that Saturday night's races (08/23/14) have been cancelled due to flooding at the speedway.
