SALT LAKE CITY (AP) — For the fifth time, officials have spotted an unauthorized drone flying over a southern Utah wildfire.

Fire spokeswoman Megan Saylors says the unmanned aircraft was seen Sunday night above the wildfire near the town of Pine Valley. Saylors says there were no firefighting aircraft in the air at the time.

Firefighters had to ground their aircraft on previous sightings of drones over the fire on Friday night and in recent weeks to avoid collisions. It's unclear if the same drone has been flying in all five occasions.

The 3.6-square mile fire has been burning on a ridge above the town of Pine Valley for nearly a month. Saylors says a voluntary evacuation is in place for a small area of the town but officials are re-opening campgrounds in the nearby Pine Valley Recreation Area on Monday.
