BOISE, Idaho (AP) — A southwestern Idaho couple who is accused of molesting two girls at a group home for at-risk children is having their cases moved to district court.

KTVB-TV reports that 31-year-old Michael Paul Magill and 32-year-old Jennifer Nicole Magill waived their right to a preliminary hearing Tuesday. Both are charged with one count of sexual abuse of a child and one count of sexual battery of a minor. The two worked as house parents at the Children's Christian Ranch in Eagle, a private group home for kids up to age 18.

The sheriff's office says the two victims in the case, a 14-year-old girl and a 17-year-old girl, lived at the home under the Magills' care. They are due to appear in district court Oct. 2.
