Eastland Road Work Moves Ahead

(KLIX)- As the Eastland Drive rebuild project progresses crews have opened up some streets. The city of Twin Falls announced that the intersection at Stadium Boulevard and Eastland Drive will open to traffic on Monday. The intersection was closed while crews rebuild sections of Eastland. Traffic will be able to travel east or west. Now , traffic between Stadium and Falls Ave is still restricted to local traffic. As part of the project though, the intersection of Filer and Eastland is set to be closed Monday as well. The contractor will begin removing concrete and rebuilding in that area. Traffic will have to find an alternate route.
