TWIN FALLS, Idaho (KLIX) Customers of a popular coffee shop in Twin Falls will get the chance to get a hot drink and help an area children's club. Dutch Bros says it will celebrate National Coffee Day on Friday, Sept. 29, by donating one dollar for every drink to the Boys and Girls Club of the Magic Valley. The nearly 300 Dutch Bros shops will also join in and donate to area youth groups. In a prepared statement Twin Falls area Dutch Bros franchisee Christian Gervais says, “Buck for Kids is a great opportunity for us to be able to give straight back to organizations within our communities that help the kids here grow into future leaders!” In just the last year the company claims it has raised more than $400,000 for young people.

“National Coffee Day allows us to showcase what we do best—putting people first,” says Travis Boersma, co-founder Dutch Bros Coffee. “We love coffee but there is nothing more important than our kids. We are stoked to support our local communities and outstanding youth programs.”

This is not the first time Dutch Bros has helped raise money for the Magic Valley Boys and Girls Club, last fall they donated a little more than $5,300.
