All that is known from the October 16 post from IMPC is that James was last seen at approximately 11 P.M. on Monday, October 12, 2023. Details shared did provide the make, model, color, and license plate number that Mr. Acarregui could be driving.
IMPA describes the vehicle James could be driving as a grey Dodge Challenger with red stripes on the hood and the Idaho license plate number 01CUPR. It would not have taken long for James to drive to Oregon or Washington from his residence in Kuna. There has been no confirmation that the missing man ever left southwest Idaho.
