Animal Days is back and is taking place this weekend beginning Thursday and going until Saturday. Tickets are $10 in advance but are limited. Tickets at the gates are $14, and Animal Days will be open from 10 AM to 8 PM on all three days. There will be a plethora of animals to enjoy, with many being available to pet. There will also be food, a jump pad, a zipline, and so much more. It is fun for the whole family and an event you will be looking forward to every year after you go. Women, if you feel undervalued, unheard, and want to learn how to speak out in this world, then make sure to attend Leadercast Women AMPLIFY this weekend. The women's retreat will teach women how to use their voices to be heard and respected in this world and will be led by five women, sharing their experiences and how they impact the world. With the weather being so nice, why not take advantage of it and get outside and take in a softball game? The CSI softball team is back in action this Friday and Saturday on the campus of CSI. The team is currently on an eight-game winning streak and has a record of 29-12. This weekend they will be playing four games against the College of Southern Nevada, with two games on Friday and two games on Saturday. While the weather will be nice and you will want to be outside, perhaps a night indoors enjoying some live music is the way to go on Friday or Saturday night. The popular trio GENTRI will be performing this weekend in Rupert at the Historic Wilson Theater, with shows at 7:30 PM on both nights. If you prefer baseball over softball or want to cheer on both teams, the men's CSI baseball team is also in action this weekend. They will host four games against the College of Southern Nevada as well. The baseball team is currently 24-12 and is riding a three-game winning streak. They will play their games on Saturday and Sunday, with the two games on Saturday being played at 12 PM and 2 PM, and the games on Sunday at 11 AM and 1 PM. Do you enjoy eating crab or seafood? If the answer is yes, then don't miss the Elks Lodge Crab Feed this Saturday. The event is taking place at the Elks Lodge in Rupert, located at 85 South 200 West, and will be happening from 6 PM to 9 PM. Tickets are just $50 per person but don't hesitate as there are only 300 tickets available. They will be serving crab, mussels, coleslaw, bread, potatoes, and spaghetti for those attending that don't like crab. Women, it is time to throw on those beautiful gowns and enjoy going back in time to prom. Mom Prom in Burley is back this year, and it's time to leave the kids at home and enjoy a ladies' night. The event is this Saturday at the Shanty Bell in Burley, located at 1357 Main Street. Doors will open at 6 PM, with the prom starting at 7 PM. The theme this year will be 80s and 90s neon dance party. There will be a DJ, appetizers, drinks, raffle items, auction items, and more.
