Jerome Woman Shot in Back

(KLIX)- Jerome Police are looking for person of interest in a late night shooting in Jerome. According to the Jerome Police Chief 21 year old Kendra Adams was shot in the back while riding as a front seat passenger. A gun went off shooting a bullet through the front passenger seat and hit Adams. Police say they are not sure on the nature of the crime, if it was accidental or on purpose. The person of interest is 21 year old Victor Emmanuel Garcia, who was ridding in the back of the car. The shooting happened around 1:30am on Sunday.
