TWIN FALLS, Idaho (AP) — A southern Idaho man has pleaded not guilty to soliciting the rape of his wife on Craigslist. The Twin Falls man entered the plea to charges solicitation of rape and solicitation of burglary Monday morning in Twin Falls County's 5th District Court. The Associated Press is withholding his name to protect the alleged victim's identity. Prosecutors say that without his wife's knowledge or consent, the man posted an ad on Craigslist posing as a woman who fantasized about being raped and wanted someone to carry out an attack. Prosecutors say two men broke into the woman's home on separate occasions, and that she fought one off and held the other at gunpoint until police arrived. A trial in the case is set for Dec. 13.
