A Washington man, a civilian, is in prison after being discovered by a military operation looking for illegal activity on the internet by military personnel.  The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals just through his conviction out claiming a violation of the Posse Comitatus Act of 1878 barring the military from law enforcement over civilians.  Was this a good move or a big mistake?
