A sure fire way to deal with terrorism is to kill terrorists.  All this claptrap about it breeding more is a spurious argument.  It’s like saying Germany inspired the French Resistance through brutality.  What Resistance?  The numbers of Frenchmen and women violently opposed to the occupation were small.  It was later inflated because politicians believed it burnished resumes and it was difficult to determine identities in what were often secret cell organizations.

The real lesson from World War Two comes from the great General Curtis LeMay.  You defeat an enemy by degrading the enemy.  In other words, you kill them by the hundreds-of-thousands if necessary because they’ve got worse in mind.  My thoughts are contained in the video below.  This was the opening discussion today on Top Story.
