New Restaurant: Great BBQ Options in Jerome ID Just Got Beefier
If you’re a fan of BBQ, you’ve probably taken the time to drive to Hagerman to eat at Bullz-Eye-BBQ on State Street. And if you’ve never been, it’s more than worth the 40ish minute drive from Twin Falls to eat there. Don’t take my word for it: Bullz-Eye consistently rakes in 4.9 and 5-star ratings on Google, Facebook, and Yelp.
Bullz-Eye-BBQ is opening a new location in Jerome
You’ll be happy to know that Bullz-Eye is adding a new location, closer to Twin Falls. They’re going to open a restaurant inside Valley Wide Country Store at 1466 S. Lincoln in Jerome, Idaho.
Bullz-Eye Jerome will host a soft opening on March 14, 2022. Plans are in the works for a grand opening celebration, but nothing is set in stone just yet. We’ll keep you updated.
Store hours will be Monday – Saturday 6 am – 7 pm. Closed on Sundays.
Will the menu be the same as Bullz-Eye-BBQ in Hagerman?
The menu will be slightly scaled back from the flagship location but it will be hefty and feature the most popular entrees from the Hagerman site. Brisket sandwiches, pulled pork sandwiches, Bullz-Eye-bowls, Mac-n-cheese bowls, and made-to-order burgers are just some of the long-time favorite items coming to the Jerome menu. You have to try the Bullz-Eye-French-Fries with pulled pork smothered in baked beans and jalapeno/cheddar cheese.
Breakfast is served at Bullz-Eye-BBQ
Bullz-Eye is one of the few BQQ joints in the Twin Falls area that features breakfast and breakfast will be served in Jerome as well. They'll have breakfast burritos among other staples, and coming soon the menu will expand to include their famous, made-from-scratch biscuits & gravy, and a chicken fried steak sandwich that's bananas.
Will the Hagerman location remain open?
There’s more than enough BBQ to go around. The Hagerman location is remaining open.
BONUS BBQ: Expect to see the Bullz-Eye-BBQ food truck return soon
Over the next couple of weeks, the Bullz-Eye Food Truck should be making some appearances around Southern Idaho. The truck should be out a couple of days per week, and after the Jerome location opens, you can expect to see the truck 4-5 days per week as we head into Spring and Summer.
