Shelter Looks for Funds to Expand Helping Hand

(KLIX)-  A Mini-Cassia shelter is hoping to reach more people in need. The Haven For Hope, formerly the Mini-Cassia Shelter for Women And Children started in 1999 and continues to grow. Mainly the shelter helps women and children, but they hope to help more men in the future. They also plan on creating support groups for men and teens. With the growth comes the need for more funding. The organizations leaders have meet with commissioners from Jerome, Burley and Minidoka asking for assistance.
