A 43-year-old Jerome man arrested after a nearly nine-hour standoff with law officers is charged with aggravated assault after shots were fired outside a Jerome bar. Two men and a woman are behind bars in Jerome after a Sunday morning standoff that lasted several hours. The standoff started at 2 a.m. at a home at the intersection of Elm Street and D Avenue. It ended with the arrest of the three individuals at about 11 a.m.
