Twin Falls Call Center to Hire More Than 400 People
TWIN FALLS, Idaho (KLIX) A Twin Falls call center announced plans to hire more than 400 people in the coming months. C3/Customer Contacts Channels said this week it will begin filling 445 full-time positions in the next four to six months beginning with an open house scheduled for Friday for those interested in applying for the customer service agent jobs; some supervisor positions are also available, according to the company. The company has operated in Twin Falls since 2010 and says it mainly services the health care industry, but also provides services to telecommunication, media, energy and utility, government and other businesses.
Job candidates must have exemplary communication skills and be computer proficient. Prior experience is a plus, but C3 offers training for those who are new to the industry. The company also gives employees an ability to grow; many agents who started fielding calls have been promoted to management.
The job fair is scheduled for Friday at their call center in Twin Falls at the corner of Pole Line Road and Blue Lakes Boulevard from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Applications can be found at jobs.c3connect.com. C3 also has call centers overseas and in several other states including Nevada and Utah.
