Better Roads for Idaho Won’t Come for Free (Opinion)
A lot of us expect something for nothing.
You can’t keep spending levels current while promising tax cuts
I’m not just talking about the liberals we bash daily on-air. Many leading economists (and many are anything but liberal) are warning something needs to give. You can’t keep spending levels current while promising tax cuts. These are painful things to hear and voters apparently want no part of program trimming.
Thursday afternoon I was watching Fox News Channel and a reporter opened a story about the House tax bill by explaining the groups to be hurt. It’s always portrayed as someone being punished and yet if status quo continues there’s going to be a hurt like none other in American history.
Here’s a link from a Boise TV newscast detailing my premise. You want more and better roads? Then you’ve got two choices. Find a warlock or pay more for improvements!
