Burley Girl Shot at Gun Range Recovering in Hospital

RUPERT, Id. (KMVT/News Release) On Sunday, February 21st at 2:19 p.m., a 12-year-old Burley girl was accidentally shot while at the Rupert Gun Range.

The girl was transported by ground ambulance to Minidoka Memorial Hospital and then she was air lifted to Portneuf Medical Center in Pocatello by Life Flight. According to the mother, the girl is in stable condition this morning. This investigation is ongoing and no other details will be released at this time.
