Burley Woman Involved in Fatal Crash Near Middleton
MIDDLETON, Idaho (KLIX)-One person was killed and two others taken to the hospital after a multi-vehicle crash near Middleton Thursday afternoon.
According to Idaho State Police, the crash involved three vehicles a little before 4 p.m. at the intersection of Galloway Road and Old Highway 30 north of Middleton. ISP says Tesia Hyde, 32, of Burley was driving a Jeep Patriot on Galloway Road when she failed to stop at the stop sign and was hit in the intersection by a Toyota Scion, driven by Ramon Aispuro Silva, 20, of Nampa.
Silva was then hit by a Ram 3500 pickup pulling a trailer loaded with cattle, the driver was Louis Higby, 67, of Payette. Aispuro Silva was killed, ISP says he was wearing a seat belt. Hyde, who was wearing a seat belt, was taken to the West Valley Medical Center in Caldwell.
Jo Ann Higby, 58, a passenger in the Ram, was wearing a seat belt, had to be taken to St. Luke's Nampa Medical Center. Louis Higby had not been wearing a seat belt.
