(KLIX)-A Camas County Deputy was thrown from his patrol vehicle this weekend. Idaho State Police say Deputy Johnathan Graybill age 29 of Fairfield was attempting to make a traffic stop when the crash happened. He was headed down US Highway 20 and passed another vehicle trying to make a traffic stop. ISP says as the deputy was merging back to his lane he over corrected and rolled the patrol vehicle. Police say the deputy was not wearing a seat belt and was thrown from the vehicle. The patrol car came to rest in an open field and caught fire. The crash is still under investigation.
