City Takes On Spice

Twin Falls (KLIX)- The Twin Falls city council approved an update to a city code. Mainly to combat synthetic marijuana commonly known as spice or hayze. The city attorney says the ordinance encompasses more than it did before. The new reading of the ordinance essentially prohibits possessing inhalants with the intent to inhale. It also includes possession of paraphernalia of inhalants or being present at place where inhalants are being used.
