BLISS, Idaho (KLIX) Police say a minor was killed and another injured early Sunday morning near Bliss.

According to Idaho State Police, the minor was driving a 1985 Chevrolet pickup pulling a trailer when tread from one of the tires came off at around 9:30 a.m. on Highway 30 just south of Bliss. Police say the young person lost control of the pickup and rolled the vehicle.

The driver and passenger, also a minor, were thrown from the pickup. Neither of the two had been wearing a seat belt according to investigators. The crash blocked part of the roadway for about five hours.
