TWIN FALLS, Idaho (KMVT/KSVT) — Idaho State Police redirect traffic Wednesday afternoon after a two-commercial vehicle crash put a slick grape juice or jam substance across the Interstate.
ISP responded to the crash on Interstate 84 at about 3:30 p.m. between the Hansen and Hazelton exits.
Lt. Robert Rausch said no one was injured, but the vehicles sustained significant damage. Westbound traffic was being rerouted. ISP contacted the Idaho Transportation Department to help wash the slippery substance from the roadway.
Shortly after 4 p.m., a wrecker was en route to begin moving the commercial vehicles from the roadway. Police expected one lane to open in the near future.
