Former Walmart Asst. Manager Going To Trial

A Twin Falls man working as an assistant manager at the Twin Falls Walmart store is facing a jury trial later this year for allegedly stealing over $100,000 from the store safe.  29 year old Patrick Howard pleaded not guilty Tuesday in Twin Falls 5^th District Court. 

Howard is accused of taking the cash from the store safe.  He was arrested shortly after the incident after flying to Orlando, Florida.  Howard will have a pretrial hearing on May 7^th and his trial is set to begin May 16^th.
