Governor Butch Otter urged those attending a conference in Twin Falls yesterday to support the education reform laws that are facing a repeal effort.  Governor Otter spoke at the 37th annual Idaho Association of Commerce and Industry gathering.  Otter told the group that the reform laws are a result of a lot of input from educators and business owners around the state concerned about the need for high school graduates who are prepared for the work force and college level courses.  Those reforms are under fire from many around the state who claim they are aimed at reducing the need for educators in the classroom.
