Idaho Attorney General to Speak at Herrett Forum on Public Lands

TWIN FALLS, Idaho (KLIX) The management of public lands will be the topic of discussion at an upcoming College of Southern Idaho forum featuring the Idaho Attorney General as guest speaker.

The college announced Lawrence Wasden will join the conversation on the legal theories of owning and managing public lands in the West. The speak will be titled "Public Lands: What are They and Who Manages Them?" The forum is set for April 19, at 7:30 p.m. in the Herrett Center. Wasden will give his persepctive on long-standing case law, the U.S. Constitution, and the Idaho Constitution. The forums are held on monthly basis and are always free to the public.
