Idaho Fish & Game Update

We get a monthly update on activities at Idaho Fish & Game.

Spokesman Kelton Hatch is looking forward to Thanksgiving when he can have some wild game on his table.  We talked about elk herds today and efforts to purge non-native species from lakes and ponds.  Kelton is a former hunting guide and avid outdoorsmen and we also asked him if he preferred hunting in Southern Idaho versus Northern Idaho.  He also reflected on hunting during cold, blustery days as opposed to when it’s warm.
