TWIN FALLS, Idaho (KLIX) If you put in for controlled hunts for Idaho spring black bear the draw is complete. The Idaho Department of Fish and Game announced Monday that hunters who applied can find out if they were drawn at the agencies website HERE. Notifications have been sent out, but hunters will need to find out whether their names were drawn in the hunt. Idaho Fish and Game says general season bear tags can be swapped for the right controlled hunt tags. The exchange will need to be done at an Idaho Fish and Game office.
