The 1986 Addison Avenue East location (across from Smith's,) has a rich history of hosting various restaurants, including Zulu Bagels, which closed two Twin Falls locations in 2013, and the once-popular BLU, which closed its doors in 2019. El Caporal's new branch occupies this well-frequented spot, hoping to attract both former patrons of the site and new customers.
