Did You Know This New Restaurant Opened in the Magic Valley?
You can never have too many eating options in one town, and anyone who argues is wrong. There is nothing wrong with variety, and the more options the better. Your favorite food could be something you've never tried yet, and bringing in new places to try only enhances your taste buds. It is always exciting when a new eating place opens, because of the unknown and how will it taste. What do they offer? Is it near your work or home, or on the other side of town? A new place to eat recently opened in the Magic Valley, and offers something a little bit different than what many have in the Magic Valley. What is this new eating establishment, and where is it and what kind of food do they have?
Phat Pat's Now Open in the Magic Valley Mall
The food court in the Magic Valley Mall has seen a transformation over the last couple of years, with many eating options moving out and new ones moving in. Another one moved in and had their first-day last week on April 30. The name of the new eating establishment is Phat Pat's and they offer something a bit different. They have soul food that includes fried catfish with herbs and spices. They also have hamburgers that are hand-rolled, smashed, seasoned, and made with fresh meat. If you recognize the owners, that is because they are not new to Twin Falls, and have other eating options around town.
About Phat Pat's in Twin Falls
The owners of Phat Pat's are the same people that own King Philly on 600 Main Ave N in Twin Falls, also known as Sweet T's. Phat Pat's is meant to be an expansion of what they are doing downtown, while also offering the best burger and soul food in the area. Their goal is to supply the best food in the Magic Valley. When I asked the owner why he chose the name Phat Pat's, he stated, 'My last name is Patrick, and I am fat.' The mall location offers them locations for their restaurants on both ends of town.
Make sure to stop by the mall soon and check out the newest eating option in town. If you need a job and have experience in the food industry, stop by and ask for an application, as they are hiring currently.
