JEROME, Idaho (KLIX) – The Jerome Police Department is seeking the public's help locating a runaway teen who may be in the company of an adult male.

Anni Gwin, 14, was last seen about 2 a.m. Aug. 1 at her home in Jerome. Her mother reported her as a runaway a few hours later.

Police believe she is with 42-year-old Charles McLaughlin II, according to a new release, and that they may be headed to the Montpelier/Bear Lake area or to Nevada. They believe to be traveling in a black 2002 Chevrolet Impala with Idaho plate 2TZ7538.

Gwin was last seen wearing an orange sweatshirt over a pink t-shirt. She has a brown puppy with her. According to images released by police, she also has tattoos of musical notes behind an ear, a treble clef on a forearm, and piercings in her bottom lip.
