Lt. Governor Little Reportedly Running for Idaho’s Top Spot
TWIN FALLS, Idaho (KLIX)- The second man in charge of Idaho is apparently running for the top spot. Idaho news outlets and the website bradlittleforidaho.com says Lt. Governor Brad Little is running for the governor's seat in 2018. Little has served as second-in-command since 2009 when he was appointed by Gov. C.L. "Butch" Otter when Jim Rish was elected to the U.S. Senate.
Lt. Governor Little was elected in November of 2011. Little was also appointed to fill a Senate vacancy in May 2001 and reelected several times. Lt. Governor Little is from Emmett in Gem County.
