One thing about southern Idaho…if you can’t find something to do, it’s your own fault.  There are plenty of places to do just about anything.  One of the favorites of many is shooting.  Whether it be rifle, pistol, black powder or shotgun there are many places in the Magic Valley to satisfy your desire to throw some lead (or shot, as the case may be).  Besides the public (BLM) lands where you can spend your time plinking or hunting game and non-game species, there are also many ranges and clubs to choose from.  Below is a list of places where you can shoot just about anything.  Shooting sports can be fun for the entire family.  Have fun!

TFGC has eight trap fields (five are lighted), one skeet field, a climate controlled club house with full kitchen and 24 RV spaces with electrical and water hookups.  TFGC is open year round.

This club features a ten-station Sporting Clays range, one Trap field and a covered rifle and pistol range.  The club holds a Sporting Clays shoot on the 1st Saturday and 3rd Sunday of every month, all year round.  Check the web site for a full schedule.
The Jerome Gun Club is located on U.S. Highway 93 in Jerome County, just a few miles north of the flashing light which is at  the Jerome airport.  Look for the sign.
