Meridian Man Struck and Killed in Idaho Falls

IDAHO FALLS, Idaho (KLIX)-A young Meridian man was hit and killed by a pickup Saturday night on Interstate 15 in Idaho Falls. According to Idaho State Police, the 25-year-old man had run through the median and into the roadway when he was hit by a pickup at around 8:21 p.m. on the northbound off-ramp at exit 116. The man died at the scene. The 41-year-old driver of the pickup was not injured. The crash blocked the off-ramp for more than an hour. THe Idaho Falls Police Department and Idaho Falls Fire, including ambulance, also responded to the crash.
