TWIN FALLS, Idaho (KLIX) The Twin Falls City Council is expected to sign-off on a new fire chief at tonight's meeting. According to city documents, City Manger Travis Rothweiler has recommended the appointment of Tim Soule to the position of Fire Chief. City council will vote on his appointment. Soule is the current Deputy Chief of the East Fork Fire Protection District in Minden, Nevada.

Soule has also worked for several fire organizations in Montana. He earned a master of Science and B.A. from Case Western University of Cleveland, Ohio. City council meeting begin at 5:00 p.m. on 305 Third Avenue East. For the full agenda hit this LINK
