Roosters Prohibited after Twin Falls City Council Vote
TWIN FALS, Idaho (KLIX) Rooster will have to stay out of Twin Falls after Twin Falls city council voted to ban then from city limits. At Monday’s meeting the council voted unanimously to update city code to prohibit roosters from within city limits. Also, the council voted to allow people to have up to four hens without the need for a permit. According to the city, the number of noise complaints concerning roosters had increased.
