3 Juveniles Plead Guilty in Fawnbrook Case
TWIN FALLS, Idaho (KLIX) —Three juvenile defendants who allegedly were involved in the sexual assault of a 5-year-old girl last June have entered pleas, according to the Twin Falls County Prosecutor's Office.
A news release issued by the office on Tuesday afternoon reads:
The case involving the alleged sexual assault by three juveniles on a 5-year-old girl at the Fawnbrook Apartments in Twin Falls, Idaho on June 2, 2016, was resolved today with felony pleas of guilty by each of the three juvenile defendants.
The family and attorney of the family of the 5-year-old victim specifically approved the settlements reached in each of the three cases. The defendants pled guilty as follows:
-Defendant #1 pled guilty to the charges of Felony Sexual Exploitation of a Child, and Misdemeanor Battery;
-Defendant #2 pled guilty to the charges of Aiding and Abetting Felony Lewd Conduct, and Aiding and Abetting Misdemeanor Battery;
-Defendant #3 pled guilty to the charge of Accessory to the Commission of a Felony.
The prosecutor's office says that sentencing dispositions will be held at a later time.
