Airport Gets State Grant

(KLIX)-The Magic Valley Airport has a little extra spending Money to put in its pocket. Airport Manager Bill Carberry told city council that the Idaho Transportation Department offered up a $20-thousand dollar grant to the airport. He says they got the money for basically spending money. Carberry said they invested about 40-thousand-dollars in capital improvements at the airport. He suggested the city pocket the money. The airport can spend the money pretty much anyway it feels fit, there are no requirements as to how it is spent.
